Clocking in and out is very convenient—you do it with your phone. Once it’s time, you can leave work; once you’ve picked up your things, you can go. You can leave without having to say much to your colleagues.
It’s a large company that 100% complies with the Labor Standards Act, and overtime pay is available upon application.
It’s a company that evaluates people entirely based on ability. In other words, it may not be suitable for people who just wait for the end of the workday, because they would find it very painful.
There really is quite a lot of work.
There is one meeting every month.
Since it’s a technology company, you have to learn a lot of new hardware and software every month.
It’s a fairly conventional, middle-of-the-road company.
