There is indoor parking
The restrooms have toilet paper
The company coffee machine makes decent coffee
That's it
The company places extremely little importance on training new employees; once you join, you can only figure things out on your own.
Being able to find information yourself would be one thing, but none of the company's internal information is complete.
You can't find product numbers; there is no unified price list; there isn't even a customer information sheet.
The company's higher-ups have no central direction at all. Their constantly changing priorities often make people below them work for nothing. There are frequently situations where they say, "I need the analysis report by tomorrow," but after everyone works desperately to finish it, no one even looks at it.
Things are already difficult enough, yet the company still forces employees to use various systems that are difficult to use and have painfully unintuitive interfaces. Just filling out forms in the systems can waste most of a day.
In addition, the contract clearly states that your salary will be increased after passing the probationary-period review. However, the review was postponed once, then twice, then three times, and was ultimately not conducted until six months after I joined. I really don't know what the point was of scheduling the meeting in advance.
Although I ultimately passed the probationary period and received the salary adjustment without any issues, the endless PUA-style rhetoric from the higher-ups made me realize how unworthy it was to spend so much effort and time here.
In short, this place provides employees with pitifully few resources while setting frighteningly high targets. It also uses various policies and terrible systems to hold you back, so you work yourself to death and still often end up working for nothing.
Unless you are truly starving, you really don't need to put yourself through this place.
You can find something better. Keep going!
