KKday’s HR is extremely unprofessional == they were basically wasting my time. They asked questions about execution, and when I explained the actual implementation process truthfully, the HR representative couldn’t understand and kept repeatedly asking the same questions. Were these interview questions searched from ChatGPT?

1. HR clearly didn’t understand what was written in the JD.

2. Lacked communication skills and could only keep repeating the same questions, completely talking past me.

Moreover, after checking this HR representative’s background, I found that they did not come from a professional field and were not in a managerial role, yet they were responsible for screening candidates in the first round and insisted on asking professional questions, only to end up unable to understand the answers and repeatedly waste the applicant’s time. This makes me question the design of this company’s interview process.
