If you like working overtime, they’ll absolutely let you work as much as you want.
If you like being subjected to PUA, this is definitely your top choice.
#Leaving work on time = no sense of responsibility = no performance bonus.
#Performance bonus = number of overtime hours.
#If a business trip requires you to leave early = no overtime pay.
#If you’re a recent graduate entering the workforce, your application has a 100% chance of success, but the position will definitely be assistant (regardless of how many years you stay, that will remain your title). When it comes to salary, they’ll cite your lack of work experience as a reason to offer you the minimum wage.
#The actual work does not match the job title. When you realize something is wrong and raise it with management, the only response you’ll get is: “Don’t be picky about jobs; cherish every learning opportunity.” They’ll say that this picky attitude toward jobs is why your raises have been slow, and use this as a basis for not giving bonuses. P.S. One day, you might even be asked to clean the toilets. ^^
#There are no pay statements. If you ask about this, management will only hysterically ask why they should provide one and who says they have to. You have no way to verify what deductions were made from your pay.
#Leave-taking is chaotic. Management may suspect that your leave documentation is forged and may use the company’s lawyer to intimidate you.
#If you join this company and discover that you’re not suited to the job and want to resign, your separation documents may take several weeks to arrive, and they won’t contain any stamp or seal proving that the documents are valid.
#There are several truly awful people in the company, making it impossible to work properly.
