If you like working overtime, they’ll absolutely let you work yourself to the bone.
If you like being subjected to workplace manipulation, this is definitely your top choice.
#Leaving and arriving at work on time = no sense of responsibility = no performance bonus.
#Performance bonus = number of overtime hours.
#If a business trip requires an early departure = no overtime pay.
#If you are a recent graduate entering the workforce, your application success rate is 100%, but your position will definitely be Assistant (regardless of how many years you stay, this will remain your title). When discussing salary, they will use your lack of work experience as a reason to offer you the minimum wage.
#The job duties do not match the job title. When you report the issue to management after realizing something is wrong, the only response you will receive is: “Don’t be picky about jobs; you should cherish every learning experience. It is precisely this mindset of being picky about jobs that causes the salary increases to grow slowly, and based on this, we don’t dare give bonuses.” PS: One day, you may even be asked to clean the toilets.^^
#There are no payslips. If you ask about this, management will only hysterically ask why they should provide one and who requires them to do so. You have no way to verify what deductions were made from your pay.
#The leave process is chaotic. Management may suspect that your leave certificate is forged and will use the company’s lawyers to intimidate you.
#If you join this company and then decide that the job is not a good fit and want to resign, it may take several weeks to receive your separation documents, and they will not contain any stamp certifying their validity.
#There are several truly awful people in the company, making it impossible to work properly.
