Snacks and coffee—help yourself.
If you like working overtime, they’ll absolutely let you work yourself to the bone.
If you like being subjected to workplace manipulation, this is definitely your top choice.
#Leaving and arriving on time = no sense of responsibility = no performance bonus.
#Performance bonus = number of overtime hours.
#If a business trip requires an early departure = no overtime pay.
#If you’re a fresh graduate, your application success rate is 100%, but the position will definitely be Assistant (regardless of how many years you stay, that will remain your job title). When discussing salary, they will use your lack of work experience as a reason to offer you the minimum wage.
#The job duties do not match the job title. When you realize something is wrong and raise it with management, the only response you will receive is: “Don’t be picky about jobs; cherish every learning experience. It is precisely this attitude of being picky about jobs that causes your salary increases to grow slowly, and based on this, we don’t dare give bonuses.” PS: One day, you may even be asked to clean the toilets. ^^
#There are no pay statements. If you ask about this, management will only hysterically ask why they should provide one and who says they are required to. You have no way to verify what deductions were made from your pay.
#The leave process is chaotic. Management may suspect that your leave documentation is forged and may use the company’s lawyer to intimidate you.
#If you join this company and discover that you are not a good fit and want to resign, your separation documents may take several weeks to arrive, and they will not contain any stamp proving the documents’ validity.
#There are several truly awful people in the company, making it impossible to work properly.
