If you like working overtime, they’ll absolutely let you work yourself to the bone.
If you like being subjected to workplace manipulation, this is definitely your first choice.
#Leaving and arriving on time = no sense of responsibility = no performance bonus.
#Performance bonus = number of overtime hours.
#If a business trip requires you to leave early = no overtime pay.
#If you’re a recent graduate entering the workforce, your chance of being hired is 100%, but your position will definitely be assistant (no matter how many years you stay, that will remain your title). When discussing salary, they’ll cite your lack of work experience as a reason to offer you the minimum wage.
#The job duties don’t match the title. When you report that something is wrong, the only response you’ll get is: “Don’t be picky about jobs; cherish every learning experience. It’s precisely because of this attitude of being picky about jobs that your raises are slow to increase. That’s why we don’t dare give bonuses.” P.S. One day, you might even be asked to clean the toilets.^^
#There are no pay statements. If you ask about this, management will only hysterically ask why they should provide one and who says they’re required to. You have no way to verify what money has been deducted from your pay.
#Leave requests are chaotic. Management may suspect that your proof of leave is forged and may use the company’s lawyer to intimidate you.
#If you join this company, discover that you’re not a good fit, and want to resign, your separation documents may take several weeks to arrive, and they won’t have any stamp certifying that the documents are valid.
#There are several truly awful people in the company, making it impossible to work properly.
