The overseas business assistant position has been unable to retain staff for years, with an extremely high turnover rate!

The female sales manager spent the entire interview looking at people sideways, and was rude and disrespectful.

She kept making sarcastic remarks and belittling people, yet they actually notified me that I had been hired.

Also, the domestic and overseas sales teams don't get along!

The office atmosphere is poor!

They comply with the Labor Standards Act, but even the lunch break is spent working, so it's basically impossible to get a proper rest.

The office is near a main road, and large tractor-trailers often pass by, making an unbearable amount of noise.

You can't take annual leave whenever you want either; they have their own internal rules.

The supervisor has serious problems, which is why the turnover rate is so high.

There is no future working under someone like this.

They only offer NT$28,000 but still want to hire college graduates.

When you only offer peanuts, all you can hire are monkeys.

Especially for a company with poor benefits and a poor work environment,

there are plenty of companies in the Changhua Industrial Park that also offer NT$28,000,

but have a much better work atmosphere, benefits, and environment than this one.

I urge recent graduates not to waste their time at this kind of company!!

By the way, after I left the company, I now earn an annual salary of NT$700,000~
