The disadvantages outweigh the advantages
The environment is poor
There is a probationary period
Employees who have worked for less than a year do not receive a prorated year-end bonus
Employees who have worked for less than a year are not eligible for the awards in company activities
The system is poorly structured; interviewers make grand promises, and internal supervisors make grand promises as well. Supervisors take all the credit.
The boss says it is about promoting talent, but the truth is that one person simply takes on several additional duties, and the company does not give you any additional salary.
They say it is a group, but in reality it is just one company operating under a fake group structure, with the others all being branch companies.
