Pros
The interview was conducted via video, and the conversation was fairly relaxed and pleasant. I heard that there is also training for new hires after joining.
Cons
I received a verbal offer the next day. HR asked some basic questions and discussed the salary and start date, then later sent a thank-you letter. It is recommended to continue interviewing during this period; until you have a formal offer letter, assume that you do not have the job.
