Pros
The interview was conducted via video call, and the conversation was fairly relaxed and pleasant. I heard there is also new-hire training after joining.
Cons
I received a verbal offer the next day. HR asked some basic questions and discussed the salary and start date, then sent a thank-you letter. They recommended continuing to interview during the process; until you have a formal offer letter, assume you don't have the job.
