This group is basically just coasting along, doing nothing but getting paid. Everyone in design and production is slacking off, with a civil-servant mentality. They lack experience and do not even try to learn. The things they produce are so bad that clients treat them like trash and complain about them. They cannot even explain the most basic design concepts. When asked why they did something a certain way, they just stammer and evade the question. They are basically messing around blindly, which is a complete waste of time. It is even worse when they encounter genuinely demanding clients—their score would be a complete zero. And then there is a company whose design work is this terrible. Could they please learn from the other departments and be more flexible and proactive?
