Although the boss is the EP, the entire company has to act according to the LC's preferences. As long as she takes a dislike to you, she will find fault with you even when you have done nothing wrong. So before doing anything, you have to appease her first. You also have to send her work-related materials in advance for her to review, but she usually won't look at them. If you unfortunately offend her, she will target you at work or directly humiliate you publicly in meetings until you resign voluntarily. When any of the above happens, don't expect your supervisors to help you. They will only tell you not to take it personally and then tell you to apologize, even when you have done nothing wrong.
