The company has a flat organizational structure, so as long as a proposed solution is logical, it has a good chance of being adopted, allowing you to validate your ideas and hypotheses. The company is also very willing to provide opportunities, whether for external training or internal transfers, and you can learn a great deal here. In addition, the company works with overseas consultants, and international business accounts for a certain share of the company’s performance and continues to grow. As a result, you can gain hands-on experience with international marketing operations, which is very different from what you would typically find at Taiwanese e-commerce companies.
As for the atmosphere, the boss focuses on the issue rather than the person. Even when results are less than ideal, discussions focus on “how to optimize” them (of course, nothing too extreme). Overall, this is a place where you can learn new things and make use of your expertise. Interactions among colleagues are also relatively relaxed and harmonious, creating a pleasant working environment.
Since it is an e-commerce company, there are sometimes ad hoc tasks or activities.
