Pros

The interview itself did not pose any problems.

Cons

Line X department team leader

The male team leader is extremely feminine, nags constantly, and sometimes gets emotional. He always wears a sour expression. His department cannot retain employees and is constantly replacing people. He does not really chat with his colleagues; aside from handling work, he hardly talks to anyone privately. He basically keeps to himself. He is extremely rigid. I couldn't stand it.

When I worked with a new colleague, productivity was too low.

I told the new employee to take her time and work steadily. I hoped she could do the job well before focusing on her own numbers. The team leader then went to watch the surveillance footage and check the contents of our conversation. Because the team leader nagged at her, the new colleague became very angry and kept saying that the team leader was annoying and nagged too much. The new colleague also asked about the team leader's situation at the company. To put it bluntly, he really has no people skills.

Because there had already been an issue with low productivity, when I worked at the first station, I recorded the quantity myself. As expected, that day's productivity exceeded the standard output. This also helped protect me.

Later, when we did the same work again, the new colleague was working at the first station and again failed to meet the productivity standard. I was at the second station (the first station controls the production quantity).

At that point, the team leader nagged both of us. It wasn't as though he didn't know what had happened, so I told him that I had recorded the quantity the previous time and that productivity had met the standard. The next day, he told the new colleague that she needed to improve herself.

The next time we did the same work, when a new colleague was at the first station, the team leader said it was an unreasonable requirement, but insisted that the quantity had to meet the target no matter what.

I felt that the work itself was quite okay. I can only say that I had bad luck encountering this team leader. Whatever!

I went to the restroom two or three, or three or four, times a day during work hours and was nagged about it. He was unhappy and kept watching me while I worked. I had told the team leader that, because of my health, I needed to drink more water, which was why I also needed to use the restroom.

I felt that he was my team leader and that I had already explained this to him, but instead of speaking up for his team member, he acted this way. I felt he was a person without warmth. This was the first time I had encountered a supervisor like this.

The last time, I went to the restroom because of stomach pain. He came to the production line twice to look for me and checked the surveillance footage to see when I entered and left. When he returned, he came to question me about how long I had been in the restroom. I became very nervous because of the restroom issue, so I went to my locker to get my phone and time myself to check how long I had been in the restroom. After using the restroom, I put my phone back in the locker and hurried back to the line to work. I had been in the restroom for 10 minutes because of stomach pain.

It took about five minutes to walk there and back, and the work area was somewhat far away.

The restroom issue made me very nervous and stressed. I often held in my urine, which caused severe swelling in my legs. In the end, the team leader pressured me into submitting my resignation.

I told the assistant manager about the situation. Although the assistant manager allowed me to provide medical documentation, I said there was no need because I no longer wanted to continue working there. The assistant manager was also very kind and told me to think it over carefully and not act impulsively.

I thought about it for two days after going home, but I still could not accept this team leader or being treated this way. I really felt wronged. I only hope that at my next job, I can meet a good supervisor.

At my previous job, if I needed to use the restroom, the supervisor said I could just go and did not need to report it. They were very humane; even if I was hungry sometimes, it was okay to eat a small biscuit.

As long as work productivity met the target, that was enough.

We could even wear earphones and listen to music at work.

Later, because there were fewer orders, the company downsized and laid off employees.

Everything stated above is completely true.
