Pros

The interview itself did not have any particular problems.

Cons

Line X department team leader

The male team leader is extremely feminine, loves to nag, and is sometimes emotional. He always has a sour expression. His department cannot retain employees and is constantly replacing people. He does not chat much with coworkers; apart from handling work, he hardly talks to anyone privately. He basically keeps to himself. Extremely rigid and inflexible. I couldn't stand it.

When I worked with a new coworker, our productivity was too low.

I told the new employee to take her time and work steadily. I hoped she could do the job well before focusing on her own output. The team leader then went to check the surveillance cameras and review the content of our conversation. Because the team leader nagged at her, the new coworker became very angry and kept saying that the team leader was extremely annoying and nagged too much. The new coworker also asked about the team leader's situation at the company. To put it bluntly, he really has no rapport with people.

Because of the first issue with low productivity, when I worked at the first station, I recorded the quantities myself. As expected, that day's output exceeded the required production standard. This also allowed me to protect myself.

Later, when we did the same work again, the new coworker was working at the first station and once again failed to meet the productivity standard. I was at the second station (the first station controls the production quantity).

At that point, the team leader nagged at both of us again. He knew perfectly well what had happened, so I told him that I had recorded the quantities last time and that the output had met the standard. The next day, he told the new coworker that she needed to improve herself.

The next time we did the same work, when a new coworker was at the first station, the team leader said it was an unreasonable requirement, but insisted that the quantity had to meet the target no matter what.

I felt that the work itself was okay. I can only say that I was unlucky to encounter this team leader. Whatever!

I was nagged for going to the restroom two or three, sometimes three or four, times a day during work hours. He was unhappy and kept watching me while I worked. I had previously told the team leader that, because of my health, I needed to drink more water, which naturally meant I would need to use the restroom.

I felt that he was my team leader, and I had already explained the situation to him. Instead of speaking to me as one of his team members, he acted this way. I felt that he was a person without warmth. This was the first time I had encountered a supervisor like this.

The last time, I went to the restroom because I had a stomachache. He came to the line twice to look for me and checked the surveillance footage to see when I entered and left. When he returned, he came over to question me about how long I had been in the restroom. I was very nervous because of the restroom issue, so I went to my locker to get my phone to check the time and time myself. After using the restroom, I put my phone back in the locker and hurried back to the line to work. I was in the restroom for ten minutes because of my stomachache.

It takes about five minutes to walk back and forth, and the work area is somewhat far away.

The restroom issue made me very nervous and stressed. I often held in my urine, which caused severe swelling in my legs. In the end, the team leader pressured me into submitting my resignation.

I told the assistant manager about the situation. Although the assistant manager allowed me to provide medical documentation, I said it was not necessary because I no longer wanted to work there. The assistant manager was very kind and told me to think it over carefully and not act impulsively.

I thought about it for two days after returning home, but I still could not accept this team leader or being treated this way. I really felt wronged. I only hope that at my next job I can meet a good supervisor.

At my previous job, if I needed to use the restroom, my supervisor said I could just go and did not need to say anything. It was very humane. Even if I was hungry sometimes, it was okay to eat a small bite of a biscuit.

As long as the work output met the target, that was all that mattered.

We could even wear earphones and listen to music at work.

Later, because there were fewer orders, the company downsized and laid off employees.

Everything stated above is completely true.
