Other than the pay being quite good, I really can't say what the advantages of working here are.

I work in finance. Please, if you're considering applying for a finance position at this company, read this review first! You really must think twice! Don't join just because the pay is higher; earning a little less is worth it for the sake of your physical and mental well-being (my sincere advice).

Although the company is very large, the people there are not easy to get along with and are rather exclusionary. There are also countless rules. Even a simple document has to go through repeated approval processes for those “great” executives to review, and it will be sent back if they are not satisfied! Most importantly, the head of the Finance Department also engages in workplace bullying. Every day, they speak to you harshly, act impatient with you, constantly dump miscellaneous tasks they do not want to do on you, and even berate you in front of people from other departments. As a result, working here creates an enormous amount of mental stress. Also, every payment at this company is extremely urgent—everything is urgent, and I have no idea what they are rushing for. It may also be due to the industry.

The actual work itself is not difficult. The real difficulty comes down to dealing with people. If that finance manager is not replaced, even the most capable employees will not be able to stay there for long! So if that manager is still there, I truly recommend not taking a job there. Even if you only have an offer from this company, I sincerely suggest continuing to look for other opportunities rather than foolishly walking into a trap!
