Other than the good salary and benefits, I really can’t say what the advantages of working here are.
I work in finance, and I beg anyone considering applying for a finance position at this company to read this review! You really must think twice! Please don’t join just because the pay is higher. Earning a little less would be better for your own physical and mental health (a sincere recommendation).
Although the company is quite large, the people there are not easy to get along with and are also rather cliquish. There are countless rules, and even a simple document has to be submitted for approval and passed back and forth for those great executives to review. If they are dissatisfied, it will be sent back! On top of that, most importantly, the head of the Finance Department also engages in workplace bullying. Every day, they speak to you harshly, are impatient with you, and constantly dump miscellaneous tasks they do not want to handle on you. They will even reprimand you in front of people from other departments, causing immense mental pressure while working here. Also, every payment at this company is urgent—everything is urgent, and I don’t know what they are rushing for. It may also be due to the nature of the industry. However, the actual work itself is not difficult. The real difficulty comes back to dealing with people. If that finance manager is not replaced, even the most outstanding employees will not be able to stay there. So if that manager is still there, I genuinely recommend not taking a job there. Even if theirs is the only offer you have, I sincerely suggest continuing to look for other opportunities rather than foolishly walking into a pit of fire!
