Besides the good salary and benefits, I really can't say what the advantages of working here are.

I work in finance, and I sincerely ask anyone considering applying for a finance position at this company to read this review! You really must think twice! Do not join just because the pay is higher. Please consider your own physical and mental health, even if it means earning a little less money (my sincere advice).

Although the company is large, the people there are not easy to get along with and are quite exclusionary. There are also a lot of rules. Even a simple document has to go through repeated rounds of approval for those esteemed executives to review, and it will be sent back if they are not satisfied! Most importantly, besides all that, the head of the finance department also engages in workplace bullying. Every day, they speak to you harshly, are impatient with you, and constantly dump miscellaneous tasks they do not want to handle on you. They will even reprimand you in front of people from other departments, making the psychological pressure of working here extremely high. Also, every payment at this company is urgent—everything is urgent, and I have no idea what they are rushing for. It may also be due to the nature of the industry. However, the actual work itself is not difficult. The real difficulty comes back to interpersonal issues. If that finance manager is not replaced, even the most outstanding employees will not be able to stay there! So if that manager is still there, I truly recommend not taking a job there. Even if theirs is the only offer you have, I sincerely recommend continuing to look for other opportunities rather than foolishly walking into a fire pit!
