Other than the decent salary and benefits, I really can't say what the advantages of working here are.
I work in finance, and I urge anyone considering applying for a finance position at this company to read this review! You really need to think twice! Please don't join just because the pay is higher. Even if it means earning a little less, please consider your own physical and mental well-being (this is my sincere advice).
Although the company is quite large, the people there are not easy to get along with and are also rather cliquish. There are countless rules, and even a simple document has to go through repeated rounds of approval for those “great” executives to review. If the executives are dissatisfied, it will be sent back! More importantly, the finance department manager also engages in workplace bullying. Every day, they speak to you harshly, are impatient with you, and constantly dump miscellaneous tasks they do not want to handle on you. They will even reprimand you in front of people from other departments, which causes tremendous mental pressure when working here. Also, every payment at this company is extremely urgent—everything is urgent, and I have no idea what they are rushing for. It may also be due to the nature of the industry. However, the actual work itself is not difficult. The real difficulty comes back to interpersonal issues. If that finance manager is not replaced, even the most capable employees will not be able to stay there for long! So if that manager is still there, I genuinely recommend not taking a job there. Even if theirs is the only offer you have, I sincerely recommend continuing to look for other opportunities rather than foolishly walking into a pit of fire!
