Other than the decent salary and benefits, I really can't say what the advantages of working here are.
I work in finance. If you're considering applying for a finance position at this company, please read this review! You really need to think twice! Don't join just because the pay is higher. Please prioritize your mental and physical well-being, even if it means earning a little less (this is my sincere advice).
Although the company is very large, the people there are not easy to get along with and are quite cliquish. There are also a great many rules. Even a simple document has to go through multiple rounds of approval for those esteemed executives to review, and it will be sent back if they are not satisfied! Most importantly, the finance department manager also engages in workplace bullying. Every day, they speak to you harshly, treat you impatiently, and constantly dump miscellaneous tasks they don't want to do on you. They will even reprimand you in front of people from other departments, which makes the psychological pressure of working here extremely high. Also, every payment at this company is treated as urgent—everything is urgent, and I don't know what the rush is. This may also be due to the nature of the industry. However, the actual work itself is not difficult. The real difficulty lies in dealing with people. Unless that finance manager is replaced, even the most capable employees will not be able to stay there for long! So if that manager is still there, I truly recommend not taking a job there. Even if theirs is the only offer you have, I sincerely recommend continuing to look for other opportunities rather than foolishly walking into a trap!
