If you’re thinking of applying to this company’s accounting management department, think twice. They’re very prone to emotional manipulation and gossip. The supervisor sounded nice during the interview, but after I joined, she turned out to be one of the emotional manipulators herself. There was also an auntie responsible for training people who required me to use a ruler to draw two lines beneath the tax ID number on every invoice. Oh my god—fortunately, there were only 50–60 invoices. If there had been several hundred and you still required me to use a ruler to draw two lines under the tax ID number on every one, I would have lost it. You don’t train people, but you make a ton of demands; if they aren’t followed, you say it’s unprofessional. I’m done with you. I’m not staying in a toxic environment. I’m out 👋⋯⋯
Run.
