If you’re considering applying to this company’s accounting management department, think twice. They are very prone to emotional manipulation and gossip. The supervisor sounded nice during the interview, but after I joined, they turned out to be one of the emotional manipulators themselves. There was also an auntie responsible for training people who required me to use a ruler to draw two lines beneath the uniform business number on every invoice. Oh my god—fortunately, there were only 50–60 invoices. If there had been hundreds and you still required me to use a ruler to draw two lines beneath the uniform business number on every one, I would have lost my temper. There was no real guidance, just a ton of demands; if you didn’t do things exactly as required, they said you were unprofessional. I’m not staying in a toxic environment. I’m out 👋⋯⋯
