1. The benefits are not bad for the hotel industry, and employee trips have included overseas destinations.
2. For the three major holidays and birthdays, they sometimes give Shin Kong Mitsukoshi gift vouchers.
3. The atmosphere between departments is also good.
4. As a subsidiary of a publicly listed company, it has a reasonably structured system, and incidents of management by personal discretion rarely occur (though I’ve heard things became somewhat different after the new general manager took over).
1. The salary is relatively uncompetitive.
2. It’s quite far away, and you also have to take the Xinbeitou branch line (although the scenery is beautiful).
