1. The benefits are not bad for the hotel industry; employee trips have included overseas destinations.
2. For the three major festivals and birthdays, they sometimes give Eslite Spectrum gift vouchers.
3. The atmosphere between departments is also quite good.
4. It is a subsidiary of a listed company, so it is fairly well-organized and less likely to have incidents caused by arbitrary management (though I heard things have changed somewhat since the new general manager took over).
1. The salary is relatively uncompetitive.
2. It is quite far away, and you also have to take the Xinbeitou branch line (though the scenery is beautiful).
