The company handles a wide variety of industries in its design projects, which is great for developing a design approach for each industry. There is also diverse training, and everyone in the company helps each other out. If you don’t understand something, you can ask—many people are very enthusiastic about teaching.
There are occasional afternoon teas, as well as company trips. Last year, we even went to Malaysia—how incredible is that?
There are also year-end parties and spring banquets, plus year-end bonuses. The boss is also very generous with extra bonuses~
The only downside is probably that the elevator is incredibly difficult to wait for, and it breaks down quite often. Sometimes I’m already queuing for the elevator at 8:49, but I don’t get upstairs until 9:05. QQ
