Actually, I’m not trying to sugarcoat it. I’ve also been with the company for several years. Overall, it’s a place you can stay. In terms of salary, it has grown over the past few years as well; it hasn’t remained completely stagnant.

The responsibilities are really heavy, and the pressure is fairly intense. But every job comes with pressure, and for now I feel I can still handle it.
