Actually, I’m not trying to sugarcoat it. I’ve also been with the company for several years. Overall, it’s a place where you can stay. As far as salary goes, it has grown over the past few years, so it hasn’t remained completely unchanged.

The responsibilities are truly quite heavy, and the pressure is fairly intense. But every job comes with pressure, and for now I feel I can still handle it.
