The interview time was scheduled, but on the day itself they suddenly informed me that it had to be changed! After the time was changed, on the day of the actual interview, the interviewer told me to wait again. I feel that this manager has very poor time-management skills!

I then asked why the company does not use Microsoft Office and instead uses Google, but they replied, “We’re a software company! Didn’t you know we’re a software company?” I asked again, and only then did they answer, “We use Google Forms for everything.”

I find this ridiculous. They claim to be a foreign company, yet they are unwilling to spend money on Office!

So, anyone who wants to work at that company should take note: if you cannot accept not having an Office system, you absolutely should not join this company!

Also, based on the interview, I felt that this company only pretends to be a foreign company and that there are many “people” problems. Please take this as a reference~
