Pros
The salary depends on luck; sometimes it’s very good.
You won’t go hungry—the company is very good at treating you to empty promises.
Cons
The company’s systems are chaotic and often change. When communicating announcements, things are frequently unclear, but in the end, the employees at the bottom bear the consequences.
It’s very suitable for people who want to train their mindset and those who are lucky.
