The salary is extremely low, and it even includes the perfect-attendance bonus. After deductions for taking leave, there’s barely anything left.
One of the branches also has 8+9-type colleagues who make sarcastic remarks and engage in workplace bullying. There are many cliques, and their attitude toward people is extremely poor.
The higher-ups spend all day watching the surveillance cameras.
Anyone who values their time should absolutely not go there—it’s basically a toxic den.
I often see people there working overtime, but they don’t pay overtime wages.
