Other than normal working hours, there is nothing particularly good.
The company's internal organization is chaotic. It has very high ideals, but little is actually put into practice. The boss's somewhat strong personal opinions are still acceptable, but they like to portray their company as highly structured when in reality it is not. The head of finance is very domineering; many decisions that have already been made are still overturned by her, and the boss goes along with her. If you want to survive at this company, don't have too many personal opinions—just follow what the people above you say. The company's turnover is extremely high, and the department responsible for handing over properties has even completely collapsed, leaving customers unable to find a point of contact.
