Other than normal working hours, there is nothing particularly good about it.
The company’s internal organization is chaotic. It has high-minded ideals, but rarely puts them into practice. The boss’s somewhat strong personal opinions are still tolerable, but they like to portray their company as highly systematic when it actually is not. The finance manager is very domineering; many decisions that have already been made are still overturned by her, and the boss goes along with her. If you want to survive at this company, don’t have too many personal opinions—just go along with what the people above you say. The company’s turnover is extremely high, and the department responsible for handovers even once collapsed as a whole, leaving customers unable to find a point of contact.
