Other than having normal working hours, there are no particularly good aspects.
The company's internal organization is chaotic. It has high ideals, but rarely puts them into practice. The owner's opinions are somewhat strong but still acceptable; however, they like to portray the company as highly systematized when in reality it is not. The head of finance is very domineering, and many decisions that have already been made are still overturned by her, with the owner accommodating her. If you want to survive at this company, don't have too many opinions of your own—just go along with what the people above you say. The company's turnover rate is extremely high; the department responsible for handovers once even collapsed as a whole, leaving customers unable to find a contact person.
