The environment is bright, clean, and tidy.
1. Self-introduction and work experience
2. Introduction to the department manager’s work (about five minutes)
I don’t know whether they were impatient or in a hurry, but there was no real connection in the conversation. They responded to questions sporadically, and then there was nothing more. They hurriedly left and handed things over to HR. It seemed like they were just going through the motions—rapidly screening candidates and looking for someone they liked at first glance.
3. Introduction by the HR manager (about ten minutes)
The content was explained in great detail, but HR did most of the talking. Their attitude seemed friendly but was actually quite forceful, and they did not seriously listen to the interviewee’s responses or questions, simply reciting the template content they wanted to cover.
HR promised that they would notify me within a week whether or not I was hired, but this kind of promise is like the vows of eternal love made during a one-night stand. In the job market, the employer ultimately has the say, so I suggest that anyone considering joining this company assess the situation carefully.
4. Conclusion
Oh, right—this is a family business.
People who are both capable and fortunate enough to be a good fit may experience a different interview process. In any case, that was not my experience.
