I don’t know whether they were impatient or in a hurry, but there was no real interaction in the conversation. They responded sporadically when I asked questions, and then that was it. They hurriedly left and handed things over to HR. It seemed like they were just going through the motions, rapidly screening candidates and choosing those they liked at first glance.

The content was explained in great detail, but HR did most of the talking. Their attitude appeared friendly but was actually quite forceful, and they did not seriously listen to the interviewee’s responses or questions. They simply finished delivering the template content they wanted to cover.

HR promised that they would notify me within a week whether I had been hired, but that kind of promise was like the vows of eternal love made during a one-night stand. Ultimately, employers have the say in the job market, so I recommend that anyone considering this company assess the situation carefully for themselves.

Perhaps people who are meant to join this company and have the ability will experience a different interview process. In any case, that was not my experience.
