At the time, the monthly salary listed on 1111 Job Bank was NT$40,000 to NT$45,000. However, the job offer stated NT$35,000 (base salary of NT$32,000 plus a perfect-attendance bonus of NT$3,000), which clearly did not match what was posted on the website! The salary is also paid in cash.
After I reported this to the Job Bank’s customer service, the company changed the listing to NT$35,000 to NT$45,000. I wonder whether other positions also use this kind of tactic to lure people into interviews.
The interview was conducted by the current graphic designer. We only exchanged LINE IDs so I could provide my résumé and portfolio, and the entire process consisted of a verbal conversation, with nothing written on paper. The supervisor did not participate at all. After the interview, the interviewer said they would report back to the supervisor. The entire process was extremely perfunctory.
