Regardless of whether the branch manager is good or not, if you happen to have a difficult direct deputy manager, life can become unbearable.
For example, Deputy Manager Zhang Wei-X in the Taichung area—encountering her is truly unfortunate. I heard that she gave every member of the team a B performance rating and drove a colleague on unpaid leave to develop depression. However, these people can only endure it again and again, because the branch manager only cares about performance and suppresses the matter, leaving colleagues with no choice but to turn a blind eye.
It’s really strange—how come no one has filed a complaint against her…
