Cons

The following criticisms concern a certain junior supervisor only and have nothing to do with anyone else.

This person posts a large number of these articles during working hours—I have no idea what they are doing...

They even used the same article repeatedly to flood the page; it is simply despicable and shameless.

They make up a whole bunch of stories about people whom foreign companies did not want; it is utterly shameless.

The downside is that after being subjected to verbal bullying, you should promptly submit your resignation. Do not wait two or three months—it is truly frightening! They stubbornly claim that it was the employee’s own decision, but in fact, once the other person sensed that something was wrong, they had already submitted their resignation. There are records of the conversations. This person is not the boss and has no authority to decide whether anyone stays or leaves. Moreover, what they said was completely untrue. They even secretly complained to the boss, leaving the person involved completely in the dark and showing no respect for them at all. On the afternoon of the employee’s last day, they acted arrogantly to the point that even the HR staff nearby could not stand it. It was utterly shameless.

Supplement to the previous article:

The following criticisms concern a certain junior supervisor only and have nothing to do with anyone else.

This person is skilled at rubbing salt into other people’s wounds. Now I am using the same approach to sprinkle salt on their wound, hoping they can understand how others feel. The encrypted meaning of the salt grains is as follows:

1. This young junior supervisor achieved success early, thinks highly of themself, is overconfident and complacent, speaks bluntly, and loves to lecture people. Their tone is bureaucratic and affectedly mature! They like to deliberately act as though everything is purely businesslike and handled according to procedure, but in reality they lack empathy, cannot hear other people’s voices, and disregard their feelings and opinions. They are like a cup filled to the brim with water—arrogant and overbearing!!! After every conversation, they always like to tell the other person to go back, calm down, and think it over (rather than saying that we should both calm down first), so the other person only becomes increasingly angry after each conversation!!! Yet they always believe they are 100% in the right. Even when the other person apologizes and takes responsibility, their own attitude and tone remain condescending, forceful, and rigid. This puts employees who are not articulate at a severe disadvantage and creates an extremely unfriendly environment. This person also likes to invoke the company’s position during conversations to pressure others, while failing to hear the core concerns they are trying to communicate.

2. Moreover, after using experimental tools, they never put them away properly, and there is no designated place for them. As a junior supervisor, they do not manage this either, resulting in other colleagues saying that they cannot find things.

3. When an employee voluntarily expressed their intention to resign, they explained that they would handle it themself once prepared. Although the junior supervisor had an obligation to report the situation at the plant to their superior, their approach was to go ahead of the employee’s plan and report to the superior alone, without consulting the employee or going together, seemingly trying to catch the employee off guard. It is difficult to say that there was not at least some retaliatory feeling or intent involved!!! This was extremely immature, dishonorable, and disrespectful. Most importantly, when speaking with an employee who has already submitted a resignation application and begun the process, a supervisor’s manner should become polite and courteous, rather than remaining sharp and domineering as though speaking to a subordinate. It was truly astonishing and something I had never seen before!!! During the conversation, they even ordered the other person not to interrupt. The problem is that what this person said clearly did not reflect what the other person meant or wanted to express, yet they repeatedly and forcefully twisted the other person’s words and霸道地不允許別人更正,讓人有種強權壓迫的感覺!!!

4. Because the plant has not established a clear set of house rules, new employees are inevitably scolded or given instructions when they are unaware of them. Moreover, these incidents were unintentional and were not repeated afterward. However, this junior supervisor really likes to bring up every matter at once during arguments, as though settling old scores, which strongly suggests a retaliatory attitude and intent! This makes them seem extremely petty and narrow-minded!!!

5. Following on from the above, when someone mentioned that this person was not broad-minded enough (the person speaking to them only said it once or twice), this junior supervisor unexpectedly retaliated during the conversation by repeatedly saying that the other person was not “open-minded”!!!!! (At least five times.) They tried to use repetition to overwhelm the other person, making themself—the junior supervisor—seem even more petty and narrow-minded!!! They also use things you have said to attack you in return, caring only about winning arguments and completely disregarding other people’s feelings. They have never considered the far-reaching impact that such sharp and malicious words might have on others, or that they could even endanger someone’s life. They seriously lack the bearing expected of a male supervisor. Whether they are suitable to serve as a supervisor should be reassessed!

6. When this junior supervisor gets into an argument with someone, they seize on minor mistakes that the person has not repeated (for example, forgetting to take out the trash) and exaggerate them, using extremely malicious words (such as saying that it is something to laugh at) to reinforce and embellish the incident, humiliating the new employee’s self-esteem instead of introducing the company culture and matters requiring attention through guidance when the newcomer first joined. Furthermore, while humiliating the new employee, this supervisor forgot that they had a meeting with the boss at ten o’clock on Monday morning and went to provide training for someone else, causing everyone to wait for more than 40 minutes until the boss became angry. This junior supervisor has worked at the company for nearly three years, yet still made such a mistake. Is that not the bigger joke!!!!!!

This person is skilled at using a machine-gun-like mouth during arguments, firing all their words at others in an instant and leaving them completely unable to defend themselves! Such a lack of empathy and disregard for other people’s mental well-being is deeply concerning.

7. This person appears to silently endure things, but privately tells another person—their friend—everything, so that the friend will vent their anger on their behalf. They do not realize that matters between them and the other person (who had already apologized) should have been discussed one-on-one, rather than recruiting someone to form a two-against-one situation that cleverly puts the person being confronted at a disadvantage. The manner of conversation was also aggressive and intimidating, giving the impression of bullying!

8. They suddenly told others that they should respect the administrative “older sister” (which was hilarious—no one ever said they should not be respected! And until the employee resigned, there was basically no opportunity to interact with her), yet this person was once described by a former graphic designer (I recall that the designer had already resigned) as “a cup filled to the brim with water.” The other person probably also sensed this junior supervisor’s arrogance and rigidity. Judging from this, it seems that the junior supervisor is actually the one who does not respect administrative staff very much!

9. Finally, a good R&D engineer is not necessarily a good technician, especially when they have no background or experience in the relevant field! It is like having an excellent doctor work on a construction site: they may not necessarily do a better job than the workers there!

Conclusion: Communication with others should be honest, kind, and peaceful, not arrogant and overbearing!!! In group meetings, people should respect others’ expertise and remain humble, rather than instantly claiming that everyone else knows nothing!!! This kind of arrogance, complacency, and self-righteous attitude is truly unacceptable. In addition, as a junior supervisor, one should learn to respect and consider other people’s feelings, and listen a little to their voices and concerns, rather than constantly attacking them and deliberately twisting their words, which makes people feel oppressed by authority!!! This is extremely rude and disrespectful; in communication, one should be willing to let things go rather than making it so that no one at the entire plant can ever win an argument with them.

That is all.
