Production Technology/Process Engineer

One person is used as three people (production technology, quality assurance, and maintenance), allowing you to quickly accumulate relevant experience.

The basic arithmetic and logical calculations—addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division—were fine.

Then there was another major section involving judgment questions, and multiple answers could be selected.

They were things like AbdD, AdbD, AbaD, AbdD; the text was small and densely packed.

You had to quickly select the answer.

Then another large section involved correctly identifying figures, which I simply did not have time to finish.

(I think the company may often mix up serial numbers when shipping products, which is why this test was given.)

You are expected to effectively do the work of three people while receiving only one person's salary.

They asked about the purposes and allocation of my monthly expenses. I suppose they wanted to understand whether job applicants have debts?

I mentioned that in the future, I hoped to have opportunities for advancement and to move toward a management position.

However, the vice president seemed not to agree with this idea.

My interpretation of the vice president's thinking is that the "Production Technology/Process Engineer" position will remain this way in the future, with no prospects for development.

To put it plainly, the salary will not be increased any further either.
