Production Technology/Process Engineer
One person is used as three people (production technology, quality assurance, and maintenance), allowing you to quickly accumulate relevant experience.
The basic logical calculations—addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division—were fine.
Then there was another section involving judgment, and multiple answers could be selected.
It was something like AbdD, AdbD, AbaD, AbdD; the text was small and dense,
and you had to quickly select the answer.
Then there was another large section involving the correct identification of shapes, which I simply did not have time to finish.
(I think the company may often mix up serial numbers when shipping products, which is why this test was given.)
You are expected to do the work of three people well while receiving only one person’s salary.
They asked about the purpose and allocation of each month’s expenses. Were they trying to find out whether the applicant had debts?
I mentioned that I hoped to have opportunities to advance in the future and move toward a management position,
but the vice president seemed not to agree with this idea.
My interpretation of the vice president’s thinking is that the “Production Technology/Process Engineer” position will remain this way in the future, with no room for development.
To put it plainly, the salary will not be increased any further.
