I previously worked at this company but left when the department I served was merged into a foreign-owned company. The company encourages employees to pursue further education and covers course fees. It is a fairly good opportunity for professional development.
Half of the employees are long-term staff, so the company is relatively stable.
Employees who just coast along will be laid off, but fortunately, everyone gets along well with their colleagues. Employees have received profit-sharing bonuses for two consecutive years, which is a modest perk.
The product lines have recently expanded, and the company is hiring aggressively.
Best wishes to my former employer.
The downside is that if you do not want to put in much effort, you can coast for three months and then wait to be laid off. No vegetarian options are provided for lunch.
