I used to work at this company, but I left because the department I worked for was merged into a foreign-owned company. The company encourages employees to pursue further education and covers the cost of classes. It is a fairly good opportunity for professional development.
Half of the employees are long-term staff, so the company is relatively stable.
Employees who are just coasting are laid off, and fortunately, everyone gets along well with their colleagues. Employees have received profit sharing for two consecutive years, which is a small perk.
Recently, the product lines have increased, and the company has been hiring aggressively.
Best wishes to my former employer.
The downside is that if you do not want to put in much effort, you can coast for three months and then wait to be laid off. No vegetarian lunch options are provided.
