I used to work at this company, but left when the department I worked for was merged into a foreign company. The company encourages employees to pursue further education and pays the tuition. It’s a fairly good opportunity for professional development.
Half of the employees are long-timers, so it’s relatively stable.
Employees who just coast along will be laid off, but fortunately, everyone gets along well with their colleagues. There has been an employee profit-sharing bonus for two consecutive years, which is a small perk.
The product lines have increased recently, and the company is recruiting aggressively.

The downside is that if you don’t want to put in much effort, you can coast for three months and then wait to be laid off. No vegetarian lunch options are provided.
