I used to work at this company, but I left because the department I worked for was merged into a foreign-owned company. The company encourages employees to pursue further education and pays for course fees. It is considered a pretty good opportunity for professional development.
Half of the employees are long-term staff, so the company is fairly stable.
Employees who just coast along are laid off, but fortunately, everyone gets along well with their colleagues. There have been employee profit-sharing bonuses for two consecutive years, which is a nice little perk.
The product lines have increased recently, and the company is recruiting aggressively.
Best wishes to my former employer.
The downside is that if you do not want to put in much effort, you can coast for three months and then wait to be laid off. No vegetarian options are provided for lunch.
