I used to work at this company, but left because the department I served was merged into a foreign company. The company encourages employees to pursue further education, and pays for course fees. It’s a pretty good opportunity for professional development.

Half of the employees are long-term staff, so it’s fairly stable.

Employees who just coast along are laid off, but fortunately everyone gets along well with their colleagues. There has been an employee profit-sharing bonus for two consecutive years, which is a nice little benefit.

The product lines have increased recently, and the company is recruiting aggressively.

The downside is that if you don’t want to put in much effort, you can coast for three months and then wait to be laid off. There is no vegetarian option for lunch.
