I used to work at this company but left because the department I worked for was merged into a foreign-owned company. The company encourages employees to pursue further education and covers the tuition costs. It's a fairly good opportunity for professional development.

Half of the employees are long-term staff, so the company is relatively stable.

Employees who just coast along are laid off, but fortunately, colleagues generally get along well. Employees have received profit-sharing bonuses for two consecutive years, which is a modest perk.

The product lines have recently expanded, and the company is recruiting aggressively.
