I used to work at this company, but I left because the department I served in was merged into a foreign company. The company encourages employees to pursue further education and pays the course fees. It is considered a fairly good opportunity for professional development.
Long-term employees make up half of the workforce, so the company is relatively stable.
Employees who are just coasting are laid off, but fortunately, everyone gets along well with their colleagues. There has been an employee profit-sharing bonus for two consecutive years, which is a nice little benefit.
Recently, the company has expanded its product lines and has been recruiting aggressively.
Best wishes to my former employer.
The downside is that if you do not want to work hard, you can coast for three months and then wait to be laid off.
