I used to work at this company, but left when the department I worked for was merged into a foreign-owned company. The company encourages employees to pursue further education and covers the cost of classes. It is considered a fairly good opportunity for professional development.

Half of the employees are long-term staff, so the company is relatively stable.

Employees who just coast along will be laid off, but fortunately, everyone gets along well with their colleagues. There have been employee profit-sharing bonuses for two consecutive years, which is a small perk.

The product lines have increased recently, and the company is recruiting aggressively.
