I used to work at this company, but I left because the department I served was merged into a foreign company. The company encourages employees to pursue further education and pays the course fees. It is a fairly good opportunity for professional development.

Half of the employees are long-term staff, so the company is relatively stable.

Employees who just coast along are laid off, but fortunately, everyone gets along well with their colleagues. Employees have received profit-sharing bonuses for two consecutive years, which is a modest perk.

Recently, the product lines have increased, and the company has been hiring aggressively.
